For your convenience we have a few ways you can do this.

  • Telephone our office 01489 786845 during business hours and one of our friendly consultants will handle everything.
  • Outside these times, simply click on the Family Registration button found on every page of this site. Enter some basic contact details on our secure system and one of our consultants will contact you the following morning. You can discuss your requirements right away or arrange a more convenient time to talk.
  • We can arrange to meet with you in your home to get to know and understand the detail of your nanny requirements.

Over the years, we’ve built up a substantial nanny database, which includes nannies registered with our London based agency, The London Nanny Company. Our consultants use bespoke software to support their expertise in choosing a nanny to match your family’s lifestyle most closely. And we access our extensive network of international contacts to attract the highest calibre nannies.

We interview the most suitable nannies to refine our selection. This personalised approach allows our team to prepare a shortlist of personal recommendations for you to meet.

  • ONE

    Once complete, we’ll email the candidate’s CV, photograph, Interview Report, and any other supportive documentation to you. References can also be sent at this stage if requested.

  • TWO

    After you receive these details, we will arrange the initial interview between you and the candidate. Sometimes, due to the location of the nanny, telephone, Facetime or Skype interviews are held in the first instance.


    Our experienced consultants will discuss your feedback on each candidate and arrange a further interview or trial if desired.

    We follow up written references by obtaining verbal references from past employers.

  • FOUR

    If a suitable candidate is not found at this stage, we will refine your criteria and find alternative candidates. We will do this until you are satisfied with your choice.

Ongoing Support

Once you have chosen your new Nanny, we are there to guide you through the initial employment process and can provide you with a standard contract of employment to use. We will also assist with salary negotiations and introduce you to a cost effective payroll company.

During the employment of your Nanny, we are available at any time to give you advice and guidance – however small the query! and if we don’t have all the answers, we will direct you to those who do.
